1. General
Welcome to Younix Gift. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made within Nepal.

2. Payment Policy (STRICTLY NO COD)

  • Younix Gift does NOT support Cash on Delivery (COD) in any situation.
  • All orders must be 100% prepaid before processing.

  • Orders will only be confirmed after successful payment verification.

3. Order Confirmation

  • Once payment is received, your order will be confirmed via WhatsApp or other communication channels.
  • Please ensure payment screenshots or reference IDs are shared correctly.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed after payment confirmation.
  • Dispatch time will be informed to the customer.
  • Delays due to courier services, weather, strikes (bandh), or other external factors are not under our control.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on your location in Nepal.
  • We use third-party courier services for delivery.
  • Younix Gift is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
  • Customers must provide correct and complete delivery details.

6. No Cancellation Policy

  • Once payment is completed, the order cannot be canceled.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellation requests after order confirmation.

7. No Return / Exchange Policy

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges except in the case of damaged or incorrect products.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.
  • Claims without proper video proof will not be accepted.

8. Damaged / Wrong Product Claims

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Customers must provide clear photos and unboxing video.
  • After verification, we will provide a replacement or suitable solution.

9. Product Disclaimer

  • Slight variations in color, size, or design may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen differences.
  • Handmade or customized products may have minor differences.

10. Fraud Prevention

  • Any fake claims, chargebacks, or misuse of policies will lead to strict action and permanent restriction from future orders.

12. Refusal to Accept Orders / Fraudulent Activity
YOUNIX NEPAL operates on a strictly prepaid policy. If a customer refuses to accept an order after confirmation, provides fake bookings, or causes loss or damage to the business through fraudulent activities, YOUNIX NEPAL reserves the right to take necessary action for business protection. This may include posting customer photos, order-related photos, packaging images, chat screenshots, or other relevant proof on our official social media handles for awareness, security, and fraud prevention purposes. By placing an order, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
